Born and raised in Southern California, currently residing in Chino Hills, Andrew To is strategically located to help home owners and buyers in the Inland Empire which includes Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
Prior to becoming a real estate investor in 2003 and partnering with Prudential California Realty in 2009 as a full-time Buyer’s agent, Andrew served his country as a Supply Corps Officer in the United States Navy and continues to serve his clients today with “Honor, Courage and Commitment.”
Andrew has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from California State University at Los Angeles and has continued his real estate education with an Associate’s Degree in Real Estate from Mount San Antonio Community College, a lifetime member of Floyd Wickman’s Master Sales Society, A Certified Distress Property Expert, and Designation by the National Association of Realtors as an Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) specialist.
Andrew is also a member of The California Association of Realtors, Citrus Valley Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
